How long will it take for my web site to appear in search engines?
Once your site has been submitted to the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc...they may require several weeks, or possibly even months before your site is actually indexed and appearing on the internet. This is largely due to the amount of time that it takes for the search engine "spiders" to crawl and index your web site's directory. Keep in mind the millions of web sites that exist, and the time that it takes, although rather fast, before your site is found and indexed to the search engine's web site directory. Also, how fast your site is listed can depend on each of the search engine's database update schedule.
